In the coaching work I put safety first. To me the technique of exercise and adjusting the level advancement is important. I am demanding person, I will not let you go lazy. I want you to achieve your goals – so you should care even more. In terms of nutrition I put health in the first place – ALWAYS! Everyone is different. The same goal can be achieved by choosing different paths. Therefore, it is important to individualize work, both by trainer and nutritionist. You can not use one schemefor the training or diet – that is not possible.
- If your goal is losing weight.- you can lose weight healthily, without harming your body,
- If your goal is to gain muscle mass.- This can be achieved without looking like a whale.
More and more of us have health problems. That is why I join sports nutrition with clinical dietetics. You have to look at the body holistically, take care of its balance – your body is an integrity.
