Train with me and you can be sure that I will take care of the proper selection of exercises for you, place the individual training plan focused on your goal, will teach you proper techniques for exercising, will give you the motivation and the strength to perform.

  • Training plan, schedule activities and the selection of exercises depends on your purpose and the interview, which I will carry out during the first meeting. You will tell me a little about yourself, we will analyze your figure and diet.
  • Training consultation takes place before our first training, so book more time for the first meeting.
  • We will adjust the number of training units and their time to your experience, so that our assumptions are realistic to perform.
  • I will help you give 100% of yourself to achieve the best effect.

Personal Training in fitness club

It is a very good option. It gives you great possibilities in planning your training. The variety of equipment, or the size of space floor gives substantial scope for the activity. Resistance training shapes your silhouette perfectly. We have a better chance of easy manipulation of the training plan using the gym base, which translates into your steady progress.

Personal Training at the customer or outdoor training

You don’t have time? No problem. I will help you adjust to your training plan with the use of equipment which you have at home. I will help in the selection of accessories. I also have equipment that I can bring with me. We adapt training to the conditions available at your place. Training in the comfort of your home is a great alternative and often complementary to the training plan performed in the gym. A well-constructed training strengthens and shapes your body.

Training Plan + 2x Personal Training

Training plan should be well adapted to your capabilities. Therefore, I do not prefer writing training plans online without the knowing of the person.At the first meeting we will discuss the goals, will analyze your profile, review your training possibilities. At the next meeting I will give you an individual training plan tailored to you and the place where you practice. You will receive instructions for the next weeks, I will analyze and teach you how to perform the established plan. The frequency of the training plan is adjusted individually, depending on the progress.

Personal Training Packages

The training package gives you the opportunity to save money because the price of a single workout is lower. Discount prices start at 8 training sessions a month. More frequent meetings give us a chance to learn the proper technique, elimination of the bad exercise habits , constant monitoring of the progress, the motivation to achieve the intended purpose. You have a better chance of remembering a number of aspects which are important in the proper training. All of that gives you a chance to make a better progress in time and realization of assumed plan.
