My name is Tomasz Maliński and I am personal trainer and physiotherapist. Since 2010, I help people lose weight, build fitness and figure and get rid of the pain.
Sport accompanies me since I can remember. Initially I trained dance, then gymnastics and acrobatics. So it was obvious to me what kind of studies I should choose: Academy of Physical Education. In college, I tried weight training, functional training and CrossFit. And I liked it!
Because injuries are common in sport I became interested in physiotherapy. During the course of my studies at the physical education I started a second degree in physiotherapy. All this to complete my own training workshop with additional valuable knowledge about the muscle straps, fascia, movement patterns and methods of treatment of the dysfunction of the locomotor system. In my training I put emphasis on the security of my charges. Forms of training are selected on account of advancement, age, gender and individual needs of each practitioner.
I practice with women after pregnancy as well as with men who crawl in the mud during extreme run like Runmageddon.
The human body is a system of connected vessels so health is most important to me and I use only sensible solutions.
